with Desk Fee
95% commission to agent with agent paying:
Monthly desk fees Ranging from $825-$1,175 per month
(5% on $100,000 in annual commissions + desk fees = approx. $15,500 to broker)

RE/MAX International Ad Fund $ 150 Management Fee $ 425
Shared Office Expense/Desk Fee $ 250 to $600
